Micro-plate Reader

I used a Micro-plate reader to get the absorbance reading from the experiment that was run through the ELISA kit.These absorbance readings helped me finalize my data and come up with a data analysis.

Elisa Kit

The Elisa Kit and the contents were used for the experiment. All of the things that were inside the kit went through some part of the procedure.

Advanced Digital Shaker

I used the advanced digital shaker for the micro-plate reader.What the procedure asked me to do is to put the well plate onto a shaker for 40 mins and lets the antibodies lock in with the antigens.
